Derek Oddo – Chief Executive Officer

Derek Oddo is the founder, CEO and co-owner of Gainlight Studios, Inc. He is responsible for the creative direction of projects as well as guiding the company into new and exciting business endeavors.     

Matt Lakics – Chief Operations Officer

Matt graduated from Bradley University with a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Marketing in 2009. During his time at Bradley, while enrolled in the marketing program and working for the athletic department, Matt figured out that it made sense to start a business in the marketing/design world after a late night brainstorm with Derek. As the Chief Operations Officer at Gainlight, Matt makes sure the company is running smoothly and that vendors and interns alike are aware of the happenings of the business.
